Counselling for Individuals, Couples and Families.

Family Counselling Centre in Saskatoon provides confidential counselling and consulting services.

Individual Counselling

We provide comprehensive individual counselling. For example, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress (at home, work, or school), and addictions. We also provide individual counselling for grief and loss, life transitions and anger management.

Relationships Counselling

Relationships Counselling is beneficial for couples of any age and at any stage of their relationship—dating, engaged, married, or separated—and can benefit couples who feel they are doing well, along with those who are struggling.

Family Counselling

Family life doesn’t usually unfold in a straight line. We can provide support in many areas of family life and dynamics. This includes a wide range of parenting information for parents and support for blended families. We have counsellors with experience in co-parenting.

ADHD

To live a healthy and fulfilling life with ADHD it is important to know how your ADHD works, how to manage the downside and take advantage of your strengths.

We know that ADHD is every hour of every day of your life.

Addictions

Our counsellors are highly specialized to work with clients who are addicted to substances such as alcohol, nicotine, and drugs. We also help clients who struggle with process addictions such as gambling, sex addiction, over or under eating, shopping.

Trauma

The Family Counselling Centre has experience supporting people to heal from the effects of trauma.
This includes complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, PTSD, and the effects of bullying, violence, and abuse. We have experience with NMT (Dr Bruce Perry, Child Trauma Academy).
