Elizabeth has a Master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Calgary. With over twenty years of experience in clinical social work, Elizabeth has developed an integrative approach to counselling, including family counselling, relationship counselling, CBT, narrative, ACT, positive psychology, solution-focused, existential, and mindfulness.

Sherry Van Hesteren (Ed. D.) is an Educational Consultant and Certified Neurodiversity Coach who provides support to neurodivergent children, youth, and their families experiencing challenges related to schooling and education. For over twenty-five years, Sherry was a classroom teacher, instructional leader, and consultant in three Saskatchewan school divisions. She has extensive experience teaching, supporting, and advocating for neurodiverse learners. As a neurodivergent person, parent, and professional herself, she has a deep understanding of how educational systems impact children, adolescents, and families.

She interacts with students and parents in a spirit of curiosity, empathy, and hope to:

Andrew is a registered social worker and has a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Regina. Andrew has earned certification with Dr. Bruce Perry and the Child Trauma Academy. Andrew specializes in trauma, ADHD and associated mental health and treatment issues involving adults, adolescents and parents. He also works with men’s mental health – helping men with anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger management, and leading a healthy lifestyle. Areas of practice:

Amber is a Registered Psychologist holding a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. Amber works with individuals, couples, and families. Elliott is a Registered Social Worker and has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Regina, as well as his Authorized Practice Endorsement (APE). Elliott specializes in working with adolescents and their families in the areas of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and general conflict (e.g. behavioural concerns). Elliott also sees couples and has extensive experience in the area of anger management. Elliott has a overall interest in assisting individuals and families in leading healthy and balanced lives. Dawn is a Registered Social Worker and has a master’s degree in social work from Dalhousie University. Dawn specializes with addictions and mental health in the areas of sex, alcohol, drugs, gambling, anxiety, depression, and anger management. Dawn also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing/EMDR to heal trauma.  The model shifts disturbing memories to factual and it allows healing to naturally unfold. Dawn does see couples and has extensive experience working with conflict, relationship issues and anger. Dawn has also worked with children and youth in mental health and addiction working to create a more balanced family life. Dawn has several years of experience together with horses and clients as equal partners in an experiential process that empowers life-changing outcomes. This modality has no limits on age or issue but is seasonal due to inclement weather. Sessions involve incorporating horses to effectively address treatment plan or learning goals, helping with issues such as addiction, domestic abuse, behavioral disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. All work is done on the ground with the horses interacting freely. Dawn has an overall interest in empowering individuals, families, and couples to change and live well balanced, healthy, happy lives.

Ruth Ann Thomas is a Registered Social Worker who has a Master’s Degree from the University of Regina. Recipient of the CASW (Canadian Association of Social Workers) Distinguished Service Award (2026). Recognized by the McMaster University National Study (2024) as one of Canada’s top 50 Social Work Leaders. Ruth Ann has years of experience working with clients throughout the life span—from families expecting a new baby, to the new baby changing family dynamics, families that have someone with special needs, up to and including people/families who are adjusting to changes in the end of life phase.

Ruth Ann approaches situations from a holistic perspective and works to assist individuals and families in leading healthy high-quality lives.

Ruth Ann is especially interested in Adverse Childhood Experiences Recovery Work (When bad things happen in childhood).

Meagan is a Registered Psychologist (Provisional) with a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Regina. Meagan has years of experience working with vulnerable youth in the community and supporting families. Currently, Meagan provides counselling services and psycho-educational assessments to children, adolescents, and adults. Psycho-educational assessments can help to answer questions you may have regarding your (or your child’s) difficulties with learning and/or executive functioning.  Assessments are useful in determining if difficulties are related to ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders, or general learning. All assessments include accommodations, interventions, and/or strategies to best support your academic or vocational success. Meagan uses an integrative counselling approach, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative, solution-focused, and mindfulness approaches.

Lane has a Master of Social Work from the University of Regina and works from a client-centred, nonjudgmental approach. Lane supports individuals and couples through trauma, emotional challenges, and patterns that affect relationships, offering a warm, collaborative pace for meaningful change.

Lane’s work is grounded in Experiential Dynamic Therapy (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy; AEDP) to support trauma and emotional healing, and they integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT), as well as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) when helpful to each client’s goals.

Rita Field has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Regina. She has extensive experience working with parents and children of all ages to define and achieve family and relationship goals. Joanne Brothwell is a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (#1018) and has an Authorized Practice Endorsement. She completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary and has 29 years of experience providing individual, couple and family counselling to adults and youth. She is a certified leadership coach for individuals seeking to enhance their personal and professional performance. She has worked in outpatient youth mental health for the past 18 years and has been in private practice for 10 years.

Joanne is a clinical supervisor of a variety of mental health professionals at both the doctoral and master’s level. She is a university instructor of Family Therapy in the Post-Graduate Medical Education Program at the University of Saskatchewan. Joanne provides mental health assessments for youth and adults within her scope of practice to help determine a mental health diagnosis for the purpose of understanding and treating mental, mood and behavioural disorders and conditions.

Joanne works to create a collaborative treatment plan based on client goals.
