Counselling Services in Saskatoon

The Family Counselling Centre is now open and pleased to be seeing you in person! Clients always have the option to continue sessions with their counsellor by telephone or videoconference if they prefer remote sessions. Contact your therapist, or call The Family Counselling Centre at 306-652-3121.

The Family Counselling Centre follows public health guidelines, ensuring physical distance and a safe environment for everyone. Office space is cleaned on a regular basis and after each session.

Beverages are not available.

The washroom is for emergency use only.

Please come just on time for your session. Family and friends will not be able to wait in the waiting room.

Established in 1982, The Family Counselling Centre in Saskatoon has been offering confidential and comprehensive counseling services for couples, families, and individuals. We also work with Employee and Family Assistance programs through your workplace. Working within a comfortable, supportive environment, our staff will help you to identify your goals and develop a plan of action for conflict and problem resolution.

Our team includes social workers, psychologists, and addiction specialists, all registered with their professional associations, have experience with multiple counselling modalities. We work with clients of all ages to provide cognitive and behavioral therapy, trauma counselling, critical incident therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy. Addiction Counselling

Our Saskatoon counsellors also work with clients who are addicted to alcohol, smoking, and any type of illegal and prescription drugs. We also counsel clients who struggle with sex addiction, over or under eating, and other behaviors that are inhibiting them from leading a normal, healthy lifestyle.
