Individual Counselling.
We provide comprehensive individual counselling. For example, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress (at home, work, or school), and addictions. We also provide individual counselling for grief and loss, life transitions and anger management.
Our counsellors are trained to help you create positive shifts in your life. They will help you:
- Increase your self-awareness
- Find ways to make small but meaningful changes that will help you build momentum
- Develop or expand your self-compassion
- Accept failure as simply feedback
- Experiment with behaving ‘as if’
Your counsellor will provide a non-biased source of support and coaching. They will walk with you on your path to healing and thriving. They may help you manage your expectations. Knowing that healing is a process and being patient with yourself can help you start to thrive even as you move through the process. Your counsellor will encourage you to take time for self-care and help you plan and commit to carrying through. They will help you focus on opportunities and develop realistic goals. They will help you accept change as a part of the process, take decisive action, and act in the face of adversity. Counselling can help you develop or increase your resiliency.
