Lane has a Master of Social Work from the University of Regina and works from a client-centred, nonjudgmental approach. Lane supports individuals and couples through trauma, emotional challenges, and patterns that affect relationships, offering a warm, collaborative pace for meaningful change.
Lane’s work is grounded in Experiential Dynamic Therapy (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy; AEDP) to support trauma and emotional healing, and they integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT), as well as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) when helpful to each client’s goals.
