Welcome to Table Talk

Welcome to Table Talk. This blog is being developed and produced by the Family Counselling Centre and is built upon our forty years of service to the people of Saskatoon and Saskatchewan. A key goal is to provide individuals, couples, and families with information, support, and insight into many mental health and relationship issues that affect us in some way or another.

In time we would like to provide articles in areas such as ADHD, parenting, managing anxiety and depression, tips for couples, and recovering from trauma and addictions. We will provide links to other resources that we have found to be helpful and will let you know about events that could be useful.

Another goal for this blog is to build community and to do our part to reduce the stigma that sometimes exists around asking for help. We also wish to support those who are living with neurodiversity, mental illness, or the effects of trauma by raising community awareness through information.

Your questions and comments are welcome and will help us to reach our goals. Please feel free to engage with Table Talk by emailing table-talk@family-counselling.ca.

Thank you for visiting Table Talk, we hope you will visit often and find this blog helpful.

The Family Counselling Centre supports the work of the Canadian Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Reconciliation is not just an idea. It's a reality. It's happening all around us. Right now (Office of the Treaty Commissioner).
